Thank you for linking to the article on the Tragedy of 1662. I had to review a lot of that history when I wrote my doctoral dissertation on the [Calvinist} theological roots of the rule of law ideal--much of which got hashed out in Britain by opponents of the Stewart claims to absolute power.
Hi, Kepha... I got the original link from Robin Jordan over at the Anglicans Ablaze blog. I have some serious disagreements with Robin. He seems to take an eclectic approach to theology. I take a more confessional approach and I believe systematic and dogmatic theology is absolutely essential.
