Are the Protestant Reformed Churches "Hyper-Calvinist"?

Martyn McGeown has taken it upon himself to call Phillip R. Johnson to respond to a request for examples of "selective" proof-texting on the part of Dr. David Engelsma in his book, Hyper-Calvinism and the Call of the Gospel.  Of course, for semi-Arminians who favor the doctrines of common grace, the well meant offer, and the free offer of the Gospel, anyone who dares to disagree is automatically a "hyper-Calvinist."
