Although I am not sure of the particular brand of Anglicanism espoused by the author of this article, his views expressed here is not outside the boundaries of either Reformed Anglicanism or Presbyterianism since even the King James Version and the Geneva Bible both included the deuterocanonical books in a separate section either at the end of the canonical Old Testament books or after the New Testament book of Revelation. Article 6 of the 39 Articles clearly sides with Jerome and Anathansius in including these books as sources of information about customs and history but not as sources for biblical teaching.
What are the Deuterocanonical Books?
