Thanks for your comment, Cory. I used to be Pentecostal so I understand the modern emphasis on religious experience. However, the only sure way to know God is through knowledge of His written Word, the Holy Scriptures. (2 Timothy 3:15-17; 2 Peter 1:19-21; 2 Peter 3:15-16). Salvation is ultimately rooted in justification by faith alone and apart from good works. (Ephesians 2:8-9; Romans 4:4-8; Galatians 2:16-17; Romans 3:20, 28).

Gal 3:21 Is the law then against the promises of God? Certainly not! For if there had been a law given which could have given life, truly righteousness would have been by the law.
