Westminster Theological Seminary Sues Federal Government over HHS Regulations

So much for the two kingdoms theology.  Religious freedom will continue to be eroded if Christians, churches, and Christian educational institutions do not fight for the right to free religious beliefs and practices.

And if religious freedom disappears? We shouldn't confuse the erosion of religious freedom with the erosion of religion. A comparative study of the state of religious belief and practice before and after the institution of religious voluntarism would likely point to the detrimental effect of too much freedom on lived religion.
