The Second Sunday in Lent.

The Collect

ALMIGHTY God, who seest that we have no power of ourselves to help ourselves; Keep us both outwardly in our bodies, and inwardly in our souls; that we may be defended from all adversities which may happen to the body, and from all evil thoughts which may assault and hurt the soul; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

The Collect from the First Day of Lent is to be read every day in Lent after the Collect appointed for the Day.

Church Defaced by Homosexuals Gets Little News Coverage

Is there media bias in America?  From all appearances, that is the case.  Americans take for granted their religious and political freedoms, all the while the socialist left has taken over practically all the media outlets.  When information is under the control of the secularist and socialist forces it is no longer a "free" press but a coordinated effort to produce propaganda that controls what people think.

Welcome to the new socialist government and the media which functions as Big Brother.  1984 has come and gone.  George Orwell, however, had the foresight to see where this sort of thing leads.
