Brad Littlejohn critiques the two kingdoms theology of Westminster West and East here. Littlejohn is a "Reformed" Anglican who is studying for his Ph.D.
On further examination, however, it would appear that Littlejohn is a closet Federal Visionist and pushes for a Reformed "catholicity". He also pushes for a "mystical presence" in the Lord's supper, code for Tractarianism. I wonder how "reformed" his theology really is?
