Question - when in your introduction you write "The purpose of Reasonable Christian is to defend the Gospel of Jesus Christ from an Evangelical and Reformed Anglican perspective" do you mean you are defending the gospel from the Reformed Anglican church? Which is how it reads. OR do you mean that while defending the Gospel you are doing so from the perspective of the Reformed Anglican Church? I'm assuming the latter but I'm not entirely sure.

Best regards

James, there are no "Reformed" Anglican denominations anymore. They have all gone apostate. I was at one time ordained as a deacon with the Reformed Episcopal Church. Unfortunately that denomination has gone Anglo-Catholic and semi-pelagian. The REC is now part of the Anglican Church in North America, which despite its claim to be "orthodox" is in fact Anglo-Catholic and therefore apostate.

The description is not meant to imply that there is a Reformed Anglican denomination but rather it refers to the theology of the English Reformers and the Protestant Reformation as a whole and the English Reformation in particular. Those who argue that there is no affinity between the English Reformation and the Continental Reformation are just trying to obscure the theology of the Calvinist reformation in England.

It is my belief that Anglicans who are serious about the Gospel should separate themselves from The Episcopal Church and from all continuing Anglican denominations that are Anglo-Catholic or High Church Arminian. Calvinism IS the Gospel.
