Score one for the moral law of God. Of course, in this case. Kermit Gosnell was found guilty of violating criminal law. The criminal law of the United States of America allows for a doctor to kill a human baby if the baby is still inside the womb. After the baby is born it is illegal to kill a living and breathing baby. The jury in this case saw the truth and Gosnell was found guilty beyond any reasonable doubt.
Unfortunately, this case points to the "paradox" of murder. Killing the unborn in the womb is not murder, while killing the baby seconds after it is born is murder. Logic and propositional truth would require that this contradiction be resolved in the United States Supreme Court. (2 Corinthians 4:2; John 17:17). Of course, for those judges committed to irrationalism and relativistic moral law this will make no difference. Truth for them is whatever suits their fancy at the moment. (Isaiah 5:20; 8:20) Democratic freedoms cannot long endure when godless men and women sit in judgment on the lives of the unborn who are created in the image and likeness of God. God alone has the authority to give and take human life. The sacrifice of the unborn child to the idols of convenience and the government's endorsement of a Machiavellian right to choose is nothing more than outright rebellion against God. (Exodus 20:13 KJV).
